I’m Cavan Valance—a fitness coach, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate who knows firsthand what it’s like to hit rock bottom and fight my way back.

At 300 pounds, I was failing in school, struggling in life, and stuck in a cycle of bad habits. I had no structure, no purpose, and no idea how to turn things around. But I refused to settle. Through years of hard work, discipline, and relentless action, I lost 100 pounds, rebuilt my mindset, and transformed my life.

Now, I help others do the same. My mission is to prove that health and fitness don’t have to mean restriction—you can enjoy life, build strength, burn fat, and still have a burger and a Diet Dr Pepper. Whether it’s through my training programs, coaching, or content, I teach you how to optimize your body, upgrade your habits, and create a lifestyle you can actually sustain.
